Community Support

It takes a village to raise a child is at the heart of all that your sponsorship is doing. It’s important that a child isn’t singled out within his or her community because of the support they and their families receive – so we aim to support the wider village around the child or young person where help is  needed.

During the pandemic, needs increased and your support made sure staple foods were distributed to the families in the wider villages, face masks were made and supplied to local key workers and seedlings for drought resistant crops were given to communities to help combat food shortages.
